Double joy: "True Blood" stars Anna and Stephen are having twins
Fangtastic news for Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer – the True Blood couple are expecting twins.
The pair”s co-star from the vampire series, Sam Trammell, accidentally let slip to American magazine Us Weekly.
"I”m so excited for them. We sent them a special gift. It”s so interesting that True Blood has become, like, the “twins” show," says the actor, who plays shape-shifter Sam Merlot in the show.
The 43-year-old has has 11-month-old twins of his own – Winston and Gus – with girlfriend Missy Yager, and has been giving Stephen and Anna advice on what”s to come.
"It”s harder, having twins, but it”s all we know. So we”re trying to impart some decent wisdom,” he says. "I told them to hold on tight!"
Anna, 29, and her 42-year-old husband are yet to confirm the news of their double trouble.
The new arrivals are sure to get lots of attention from Stephen”s children Lilac, ten, and 12-year-old Billy, from a previous relationship.
Anna, who plays psychic waitress Sookie Stackhouse in the bloodsucker series, fell for Stephen – aka vampire Bill – while filming the pilot in 2007.
They took pains to keep their romance under wraps, and were so successful that much of the cast and crew were unaware.
The pair got engaged in 2009 and married a year later in a romantic Malibu ceremony.
They announced in April they would be adding to their family in the autumn
